Sturgis Soccer Reflection

Playing soccer easily met the learning activities of working collaboratively with others and developing new skills. Since it is a sport that involves a team, working collaboratively with others is the main aspect. To be able to play soccer on a team and play games, being involved with others is definitely needed. A person cannot play a whole soccer game by himself/herself. Therefore, working with others is a great learning outcome in the sport of soccer. Developing new skills is also an awesome learning outcome to undertake in soccer. Without learning new skills in soccer I would not be able to improve my performance as an individual and that would also effect my team as well. Every day at soccer practice I learned new techniques and skills to help me develop new skills and expand the horizon of playing soccer. In all, soccer benefited others, as well as myself. I had many opportunities to work with my peers and meet new people. The soccer team has given me many chances to improve my abilities and contribute to the soccer team as an individual to make up a whole unit with others.
